Dr. Z stumbled upon pelvic health rehab from her own person experience, and realized it’s an area of rehab that deserves more understanding. Every body has a pelvis. Bladder, bowel & sexual health are major indicators of quality of life. In order to be able to help her patients well, Dr. Z took advanced training with the renowned Herman and Wallace institute to expand her knowledge base and treatment techniques. Specializing in pelvic health rehab has really allowed her special insight into treating her clients as a whole, instead of just focusing on the symptoms or the diagnoses. Her goal is to bring more awareness to this area so that patients can live well throughout all ages and stages.
